First let me say the trip lever is beautiful...there were washers and spacers missing from the package. I wanted to complete this job myself and it should have been easy, but it certainly wasn't. This trip lever is supposed to work with the Kohler Highline and Wellworth toilets. I matched the numbers and this is the correct item. I watched a youtube, got the minimal tools needed and removed the old lever (it would be very helpful if Kohler would let a person know there are reverse threads on this product so the universal rule of lefty lucy, righty tighty does not work). The problem was the lever was 4" shorter than the one removed, however it was the correct part number. I didn't want to but I asked my husband about it...he said "It will never work properly". I was so disappointed, the lever is beautiful but $40.00 for a part that does not work is not happening. I have attached a photo for your review.
