If you like a really tight fit then buy this size. To me it's a size way too small making it a struggle to get them on over my thighs. Talk about compression fit, hoo-boy. Once on the saddle the tightness is unnoticeable. I will get a size large because I feel it may be a better fit for me.Straps 2 stars - They are a mesh fabric so they easily bunch up when putting the bibs on. PIA in the ass to get them smoothed out too. They are tight on the shoulders and leave an indentation after removal. They also could be much wider.Pad 5 stars - It is fabulous on a 5 hour ride. Has medium density foam cushioning your privy's.Great comfort as I ride on the drops and/or aero the majority of the time. Full density on the sit bone area. It doesn't feel like you have a diaper on, just comfortable. It's just right on!Material 5 stars - Great fabric, well made, no discomfort from the seams.Overall great bibs to go with my Altura's and Ralpha's. And the price is great too!
