SO.... I bought two pairs of Fizik cycling shoes, delivered in Nov 2014. They looked perfect, I currently use Fizik road shoes, so I had NO reason to worry about these two pairs. Finally after 5 months, I decided to break these two in, put brand new SPD SL cleats on, and ....they won't clip in :(( I took the cleats bike to the bike shops, told them the cleats must be defective. Bought two other ones, installed,....and NO GO! they wont' clip in. WHAT??!! I go to the order history. NO LUCK in contacting the seller, or a chance for replacement? ALL I want to know is if they know of a way to fix this. I don't want to return the shoes. I just need a FIX! Whom do I contact??? Good luck to me. Out of $300??? I don't think so. I'll be damned if I don't get Amazon to at least help me find a fix for this. Lesson?: Don't wait 5 months to test out your Amazon purchase. No matter what :((I have the R3 Donnas and love them. This is a great looking shoe, but I think it runs small. Definitely smaller than the R3s in the same size.Excellent shoe, great price (and not sold by my LBS, or I would've bought there despite price). Lightweight, comfortable, slightly softer upper helped relieve pressure on outside of toes on long rides, but sole is comfortably stiff still. I have much less hotfoot in these shoes than with my previous Sidi's. Also get tons of compliments on them, as they are a great looking shoe.The shoe looks great, very stylish, but it is not stiff enough for me.
